  • Plan and execute all the digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, E-mails, Social Media and display advertising campaigns, SMS campaigns and should be comfortable with B2C calling and analytics tool knowledge.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI & KPI’s)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create Landing pages and optimise user experience and should be a creative thinker.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel with analytical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and prospective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:-

  • BBA/MBA degree in marketing or a related field.

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing database, Emails, Social Media and /or Display Advertising Campaigns.
