STEP 1
Answer booklets are scanned using high-speed scanners and converted into secure digital files (PDF/JPEG). Each script is tagged with a unique ID.
STEP 2
Scanned copies are uploaded to the cloud-based onscreen evaluation portal, where access is restricted and encrypted.
STEP 3
Scripts are auto-assigned to registered evaluators with masked student identities to ensure fair and unbiased checking.
